Do you offer local pickup in Tampa?
Yes! We offer convenient local pickup at our Tampa location.
When will my order be ready for pickup?

Orders placed during business hours
Tuesday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
→ Ready for pickup within 2 hours.

Orders placed after hours
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Tuesday–Friday) will be ready the next business day at 12:00 PM or later.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Saturday, or anytime on Sunday or Monday, will be ready on Tuesday at 12:00 PM or later.→ Ready for pickup by 12:00 PM the next business day
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before arriving.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unopened and unused hair extension products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery/pickup.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused

Original packaging must be intact

Security seals, tags, and hair ties must be unbroken
Why can’t opened hair extensions be returned?
For hygiene and quality control reasons, any hair extensions that have been opened, worn, installed, or altered are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Are accessories or tools returnable?
Accessories, styling tools, wigs, ponytails, and sale items are final sale unless otherwise stated.
Account Login
I didn’t receive my login verification code — what should I do?
Shopify sends a 6-digit verification code to the email connected to your account each time you log in. Depending on your email provider, these emails may occasionally land in Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders. If you do not see your code within a few minutes, please check those folders before requesting a new code.
Refunds
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Please contact our customer support team before sending anything back. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Product Care & Quality
Do your hair extensions shed?
Minimal shedding is normal, especially during the first few uses. Excessive shedding may indicate improper handling or installation.
Can I heat-style the hair?
Yes, our hair can be heat-styled. We strongly recommend using a heat protectant and keeping tools at a moderate temperature to maintain longevity.
